David's Bridal V9409 Halter unclassified dresses

The dress has been worn once. It is in good condition. It has been hemmed to the height of 5'8" and currently has a 12 point bustle holding the train up. The bustle can be taken out if wanted. One or two points have fallen out on their own. There are two unnoticeable tears along the bottom where it dragged on the floor. These are not noticeable, but could be hemmed to correct, if desired.
