Celebration- Pleated silk organza with a full but ever so light skirt with a slightly dropped waist. The gown appears to be strapless but the shoulders are secretly covered with illusion tulle. This gown is like new. We are a new boutique, so our samples are in pristine condition. We are selling to make room for new inventory.
