Other Quality Bridals Backless unclassified dresses

I bought the dress brand new online in June of 2013 for my September wedding. After changing the wedding location to the beach, I decided on a different style gown. Since there were no manufacturers defects, the company refused my request for return. With the exception of trying it on twice, this dress has never been worn. It still has the tags attached. The veil is not included, however a 2 tier 2 bone hoop skirt is included and is necessary to achieve the look in the photos.
