The dress was custom made by a local designer inspired by a lovely Paolo Sebastian wedding gown. The base of the dress is made of silk georgette. The skirt is overlaid with chiffon, while the top is overlaid with a beautiful cascading lace. There is a thin belt that cinches the waist. Sleeves are two-tiered and also made of the chiffon. It drapes beautifully.
