Maggie Sottero Celista Smocked unclassified dresses

Bought this beautiful dress off the rack from a boutique in Dallas TX and it has NEVER BEEN WORN it except to the fittings. It has a little dirt underneath the dress on the hemline which can easily be taken out with a professional clean. The neckline was originally a semi sweetheart and I got it custom cut to a sweetheart neckline. The bussle is a French waterfall bussle that has color coded ties and is very easy to put up. It has a really pretty corset back so it can easily be adjusted to fit a size bigger or smaller. I also have a tiara that I purchased with it that matches the schwavorsky crystal belt. I can add it for $50 more. I paid $150 for it and it's still in its box with the tag on it.
