The dress was purchased at Bridals by Danielle in Philadelphia, PA.

Jim Hjelm Ivory Cotton Lace over Champagne Charmeuse trumpet bridal gown with chapel train (approx. 2') in excellent condition. I adored wearing this dress- it is comfortable, not too heavy, elegant, and has an antique feel to it. The cotton lace has some give to it, so I was comfortable sitting, dancing, etc. There is boning in the torso of the dress to keep the bodice smooth, and I was able to wear it without a bra.

This strapless dress has a sweetheart neckline with a beautiful band of pearls and beading that goes under the bust. The back of the dress comes down in a gentle V shape, revealing the top half of your back.

The underlayer of the dress is champagne charmeuse. The overlay is an ivory cotton lace with an antique feel to it. You can see details of the lace, lining, and beading in the photos. The slightly off-white color of the lace and lining, as well as the style of the lace, give this dress an elegant vintage/antique feel. The dress is fitted around the torso and rear, creating an elegant and sleek style.

The dress has a single invisible zipper enclosure in back. It also has straps (similar to the band of your bra) on the inside of the bodice to help you feel more secure wearing it. There is boning in the bodice to help the dress stay properly in place and smooth across your torso.

It has a single button for bustling in a one-point over bustle style. The small lace button is on the back of the dress at the point where the trumpet of the dress begins, with a loop farther down on the train to pick up the bustle.

I wore this dress to the ceremony & reception. I danced all night in this dress without any trouble- it is elegant and classy while also comfortable and secure to wear.

This dress is in like-new condition with the exception of minor dirt on the lining of the train. I do not think it would be at all noticeable when you are wearing the dress. You could easily have the dress re-hemmed to remove this portion from the back of the dress if it concerns you.
