I originally bought this dress to wear to my wedding but we ended up moving our date up and I wore my mothers bridal gown as this dress took 6 months to come in. Although I didn’t get to wear the Eden to my wedding it makes it so much easier for you, as it is completely unaltered! You have free range of getting the dress hemmed or not worrying about it being to short on you!
This dress is beautiful unaltered but you could also do a little bit to make it more your style! One example would be the cut the back of the slip out to hit where the beaded overlays waistline hits. It makes the dress a little more sexy and shows off the beaded overlay even more. You can also alter the straps to change the neckline of the slip to go lower or higher depending on how modest you want to be.
One of the greatest parts of this dress is how wearable it is! You can even wear this dress after your wedding! The slip and overlay are not attached so you can get different colored slips to wear under it to fit any occasion and change the color of your dress! It would also look great if you cut it at a shorter length for a less formal look! There are tons of different alterations you can make to the Eden to be worn over and over again for years to come.
