This dress was bought at a small, local boutique. I bought it a few months ago, but had a change of heart about what style dress I wanted to wear so I never actually wore this dress! The tulle and lace on this dress are truly unique but the best part is the full mermaid bottom! The dress also includes a detachable floral strap (belt not included).
